I am completely disgusted at Debonais service. On Saturday the 24-8-2013 I phoned belhar debonairs at 19:43 and placed a order for a tripple decker chicken pizza, at 21:30 I phoned to find out where the pizza is and was told it is with the driver on the way to me. At 22:30 still no pizza in the mean time I have been phoneing debonairs to find out what's taking so long, I get long stories and promises to be called to say when th pizza will arrive. At 23:05 the pizza finally arrived I phone debonais because the driver did not even have airtime to phone. I was told I'm getting 30% discount!!! I get a cold pizza the dot is black after waiting so long for the pizza and having to phone all my airtime out because the managers at debonairs belhar does not have the decency to phone me back. I am extremely disappointed in the pathetic service I got, it is utter disappointment in atrocious.
