I frequently vist the Scooters Pizza in Mt Edgecombe and i never bothered to raise the alarm bells until now, Firstly i visited the store on the 16th September 2013 and ordered a pizza only to receive it 45 minutes later, i was furious but held my calm. This evening put the cherry on the top when i ordered a pizza at 19h29 which took 30 minutes. i think that there is a serious problem with either short staff or poor management skills in managing this store.
I seriously dont think that i was the only disatisfied customer in the store, do a survey and find out if the service at your franchise, beleive in me it makes it look bad for the other Scooter stores that provide exceptional service all because those franchise holders care about customer service
Just to let you know that i often go to Debonairs and the service rocks, maximum waiting time is 15 minutes.
