Double standards between Wimpy's

Firstly, I mailed Wimpy on Monday and I have a read receipt, but they chose not to respond.
Two weeks ago I went with my partner to Wimpy in Gezina for one of the mug collectors breakfasts. Due to health reasons (Renal disease) I cannot drink coffee and I asked the waitress if it was possible to have rooibos tea instead of the coffee with the meal. She gladly obliged and said "yes sir, they cost the same, I would be happy to give you rooibos tea instead"
The tea arrived, so did the breakfast and we had an enjoyable meal and we got our mugs and we left very satisfied.

Not so the case this weekend on Saturday morning at Glenfair Wimpy.
Upon asking for Rooibos tea instead of the coffee I was told this is definitely not possible. When I told the waiter that at Gezina Wimpy I had Rooibos tea instead of the coffee, he said he would go and speak to management. He returned a few minutes later and apologised and said he could not offer me tea. When I mentioned I could not drink coffee, he said then I should order extra tea. Which I did as I wanted a warm drink with the meal. So I had to pay extra. Wimpy is a franchise, how can the rules be so different. So I guess I have to drive far now.
