Good day Nandos. Last night I ordered a full chicken pack from your Silverton branch. I am very disgusted at the level of service as firstly I asked them not to cut my chicken. When I got home the chicken was cut. It was cut into 8 pieces. Fair enough. Why then do they cut the breast into 2 pieces? I had a full breast short from my chicken and after calling the branch the manager who was adamant that a chicken only has one breast said my order was correct as I had 8 pieces. This is not t he first time that Nandos Silverton has done this with my order. I let it slide the previous times as the manager saw and apologized. This time round it took several minutes to explain to the manager and he was still adamant that the order was correct. After telling how many pieces I had if you count the split breast as 1 piece did he understand. He sent his driver out to deliver the missing piece and I do appreciate it. But how many other patrons has this happened to. If they cut the chicken in 8 please kindly do not cut the breast into 2 pieces. Nandos should then say they will cut the chicken in 10 pieces with 4 pices of the breast. The apologized but when will they mess up again. Just saying
