I went to Nandos to buy a full chicken meal and asked for a peri-peri sause the small packets.the staff member who assisted me told me that since the existance of Nandos they've never gave customers small peri-peri sause, she was very rude with hatred on her face, she didnt have any remorse..no eye contact, She was busy typing pn her pc and another staff member came and he also said the same thing"we've never gave custyomer's sauses unless they buy chips" the service i receeived from Nandos was very poor and after driving to the mall thinking that i will be served with a polite manner. I normally buy Nandos at their Arcadia branch in pta and they do gave me the sauses, they never tell me the story i got from sunnypark.
I suggest Nandos to do something about this beacuse their staff members need a bit of traning coming to customer services. I thought i was going to receive the same service i always get from the other branch or atleast talk to me in a polite manner not being rude with hatred in their faces.
