I visted the Golden Feather Spur Vangate Mall yesterday. I ordered the Big Chief Combo but was informed by the waitress that there they had run out of Lamb Chops. I asked her if I could have another piece of meat maybe even beef in it's place the same gram as the chop as it is obviously cheaper than the lamb per KG. I also told her that I would even settle of a piece of chicken in it's place seeing that they had no stock. She went to ask the manager who then informed her that I could have a sausage of chicken patty in it's place. This to me was pathetic as the sausage a patty costs substancially less per kg than the chop or the beef/ chicken i had asked for. And that I was paying for afterall. I was disgusted that Spur thinks so little of it's customers. The over all experience was bad and the food was cold and the chicken tasted off as we informed the waitress nothing was done about any of our complaints. We left dissapointed!
