3rd time having bad service!!!!!!

Today was the 3rd time going for breakfast at Greenstone Mall Maxis. Despite the poor and slow service before we tried another time but to no avail, it was another terrible experience. Every time the coffee order takes about 30 min and after the food arrived there is no service. The second time we were literally the only people in the restaurant and we had to ask to be served. We have been compensated by the Manager Rebecca with free coffee(and today she added a Waffle that we ordered) but after the 3rd time its not acceptable anymore. Although Rebecca pleaded not to send this mail (I did send an email while in restaurant on the Maxis website but it returned as undelivered) I just feel its time that the Franchisor needs to know whats happening at one of the franchisees and seriously take some action, especially after we have seen Rebecca talking to the other manager/owner about the situation he didn't even bother to come and talk to us. We could see and hear that there was other guests that was also complaining to Rebecca about the service today, as we were sitting at the counter where the till is.
