The service I received from Chris was overwhelming and above excellent. The problem was resolved in record time and in a extremely professional manner. We purchase food from Maxis Kolonnade on a daily basis and the service has been wonderful. The service that I received from Chris outweighs the complaint by far and I will keep on purchasing from Maxis Kolonnade.
I also want to mention that I have never received a call from the owner of a franchise to sort out the problem. I was expecting a call from one of the managers but when I received the call from the owner is was stunned and very impressed. Chris sorted out my problem and explained exactly to me what the problem was on Saturday and said that he did adres the situation. I want to thank Chris once again for the quick and professional service and I also want to compliment him on running a fantastic restaurant.
