I have been to wimpy in emerald casino and resort on Sunday (04/08/2013) with my family of about 8 people for lunch. Firstly i would just like to say that i eat at various Wimpy outlets at least 2 times a week and i prefer Wimpy to any other food outlet. On Sunday i was totally surprised by the Wimpy in emerald resort. According to me the standards of this outlet is way below par. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks (2 x cokes and 5 x bar one milkshakes)..To our surprise the milkshakes were terrible, as it was very weak and only had milk (very less chocolate)..the 2 half chickens and 1 quarter chicken was stale. The chicken tasted like old stock.the wors was burnt on 1 side. The service of the staff members were patetic. Can the waitress not even smile anymore? We asked for serviettes and felt like it was a crime, as she pulled her face and brought it to us. No staff member nor manager came to our table to check if everything was ok and the store was quite which meant enough time to check up on customers. The staff of this store didnt seem as if they were happy to work. I fail to understand how this store passes audits. This is the worst Wimpy that i have been to and i will never go back...
