NANDOS NOT GETTING IT RIGHT

We order from Nandos, Bayview branch at least twice a week for the last year or so, they have always given us good service but last Friday, 02/08/2013, we placed our usual order for delivery at 19:20. I was informed by the cashier Zafrina that the order would take 45 minutes to an hour.By 8:30 we had not received our meal and I was starting to worry as it would be to late for me to cook supper for my husband and I, we waited an hour more and at 9:30 I called them and the manager informed me that the order was still in store awaiting the driver to collect. I was extremely upset as it was 2 hours later and if they informed us at the outset that they were so busy my husband would have collected the order. I said to the gentleman that if the order was not here in 15 minutes they should not even bother sending it, he said to me that we always order from them and we never had a problem before so I should just understand. The order arrived at 21.50 and my husband took pity on the driver as he would be liable for payment, and took our cold food which we did not eat as it was too late. I am disgusted with the attitude of the manager and staff as this branch may taint Nando's reputation!
