On Friday night I ordered 2 large pizzas from Debonair s grosvenor crossing. 45 minutes later the pizza had still not arrived so I called. The lady said it would be here shortly. About an hour and 10 mins later the guy rocks up with ICE cold pizza's. 2 x black dots. I ask the guy if the pizzas are now free AS PER YOUR POLICY, and he says no.
Instead of arguing in the driveway, my guest and I were now extermely hungry and headed inside. To our absolute disgust when I open the boxes it looked as if the driver had been cornering at high speed whilst on delivery. The pizzas were all crammed into one corner of the box, filling lying absolutely everywhere. Not to mention the pizza was ice cold and even after heating it up it was disgusting.
We called back and spoke to the "Manager" who said there was nothing he could do now but a voucher for the amount I spent would be sms to me. Did that happen? NO. Unreal really.
IF YOU STIPULATE THAT IF YOUR PIZZA IS COLD THEN ITS FREE PLEASE STICK TO YOUR POLICY INSTEAD OF LYING TO CUSTOMERS!!!
