KFC Celtics Ridge, I have become accustomed to their go slow attitude. I have learned to live with it (sadly so, culture of the country). What really got to me... on Sunday 04 August at around 14h15, I walked in there. It was not to busy, about three customers before me. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes because the cashiers were "busy". Two African gentllemen walked into the store and waited a while. A cashier was now available to attend to another customer. She summons the African gentlemen to the counter and proceeded to take their order. I walked towards the counter and looked at her because she knew as I was waiting there before them. She looked away and proceeded doing what she had she had started out with. I did not want to make a scene so I walked out of the store and got my lunch elsewhere. They are useless pathetic. I would rather drive 10km further to another store in future. Word of advertising is about the best form of advertising any company can get for free and I certainly will do my bit for KFC Celtics Ridge.
