We were seated near the front door of Wimpy Queensmead Mall (our choice) and were served by Luke, who was an excellent waitron. It was only when we moved tables to get out of the drafty air from the front door that the christian music became evident (due to the external noise from the mall, we couldn't hear it from where we were seated initially). This was just after our food was brought. As a non-christian, I find music shouting out the name "" very offensive.
Interestingly enough, this music was being played at the time of day when those who DO believe in this character claiming to be the son of should actually be in church!
If Wimpy are only catering to the christian community then please put up a sign at the door saying "the music played in this establishment may be offensive to non-christian patrons".
Disappointingly, this was actually the best Wimpy breakfast I'd had in a while, pity that the ambience was so offensive. I will NOT be back.
