My family and I went to the Ocean Basket on Saturday 19 January 2013, my son and his fiance arrived at the restaurant before my daughter, friends and my self. He asked for a table for 8 people, the staff were extremely reluctant to give him such a big table (I have no idea why???) Eventually he was given a table. A Chinese person then arrived and asked for a table for six and his treatment was exceptional he got his table in no time with friendly service.
As for our waitress she was disgusting too tired to serve us she was more away from the table then she was with us, we could never find her when we wanted something else or to ask for our order she was taking her sweet time to bring. She disappeared when it was time for us to pay the bill!! I find this service disgusting and will never you can be sure be taking my friends to Ocean Basket again. I think that your waiters and waitresses need some good customer service education and the management should be pulled over the coals for not being aware of what is going on. There is clearly too many Indians and too few Chiefs in your store.
