I order Nando's on a weekly basis, probably one of your best clients... Why is it that its so hard to follow a simple instruction "extra sauce on my chicken please". Nothing is more annoying then a dry piece of chicken. If a client has a special request, follow the order dont give soppy stories as I pay for the food, dont I??? My weekly quarter chicken meal as various Nando's disappoints me more and more as time goes by... Really disspointed in the franchise... As I often have to go back to ask for the special request to be done correctly as ordered!!!
