I was invited for a friends Birthday at the Dros Alberton. It has been around 2 years since we have been there (due to constant poor food and service). My first thought was "there must ahve been an improvement from our previous experiences", however it was no surprise that nothing had changed!!!
I ordered a burger and as my friend said (who has had numerous bad experiences and also only goes to the dros in Alberton when invited - Jason Lee) they can t stuff up a burger!!
My wife ordered chicken and ribs (which they were nice enough to do for her as its not on the menu) a person next to me ordered half chicken. I said I have one request - make sure that the food and plates are hot or i will send it back. My wifes food came cold, 5 minutes later after complaining her knife and fork came and we sent the food back, my burger came cold and my wifes food came back cold as well. The person next to me got his chicken and it was raw!!! we sent the food back and cancelled our order, finished our drinks and left - there was a table of 12 that will not go back again but they obviously dont care because it doesnt get better. The Dros in Alberton is probably one of the worst restaurants!!!
