i would just like to inform you that i am very disgusted in your service and staff at your Brave Hawk Spur in Norkem Park.
Myself and my family when to this Spur last night, which is not very often and im glad for that as i would be wasting alot of Money.
firstly we waited over an half an hour for our starters, which was only 1 x crumbed mushrooms and a kiddies beef burger and chips, I even had to send the chips back as they looked like they were second hand, repeatedly fried chips. When i asked the Manager she was very arrogant saying that the waiter was busy, she was not friendly at all. The Spur as not even busy. Secondly we ordered our Main Course, The Manager toom our order My Husband ordered tha Lamb chops requesting he wanted it very well done. We eventually received our Main Course 1x chop out of the three were cooked properly. My husband ate what hee could on the following two chops the 4th chop was raw to the core, disgusting. When i complained to the Manager she said she would replace the meal. Next minute she returns saying they will replace one chop.i mean hello this is unacceptable. We cant afford to eat out all the time as it is costly, but when we did l
