I gave my order to the cashier and paid and when I was waiting I realized that I should have ordered a meal, I asked the cashier if I could please change the order she said no, I couldn't understand this what I wanted was indeed more that what I originally ordered so it would mean more money for them. They said that they do not give refunds and that it was not their fault that I ordered incorrectly! I could not believe this. This is unacceptable I asked to please speak to the manager and was told that he is not there. I enjoy Macdonalds so this experience has completely put me off.
