Duplicated transaction

I visited KFC on friday 26/7/2013 and there was only one teller to assist clients and she was so busy giving other clients food out that she did not give attention to my transaction, left my card in mashine till it said that card needs to be removed but still left card till she was finished with others food then told me that my transaction did not go through after I told her that transaction already showed om my cellphone, she called her manager who also was very non interested. My problem is that we as clients want their total attention when they swipe our cards and take our money. I also don't eat chips and asked if I could rather have a salad and she said it is ok but must never again ask for salad because they will not give it to me. What is wrong with it if I do opt for something other than chips?
