Today 29 July 2013 we wanted to order some food at Pizza Perfect Standerton at the shop, as we order the eft pad had a denial for the purchase, we swipe the card for the second time, so I told the cashier the eft pad says error with the pad, as I complaint with the cashier the Manager where standing very close and could hear I complain, he did not even approach me to find out what the problem is, and I said very load Pizza Perfect obviously do not want our business, he still didn't approach me, we left Pizza Perfect and went to different fast food franchise and shop at a place for cool drink as well. We swipe the card at those two places with no problems. I had also cash in my wallet to pay for the order at Pizza Perfect, but due to their bad attitude and the Manager did not show any interest in the problem I decided if Pizza Perfect do not want our business, we will never buy from that company ever again, not even in a different city or town. I even said aloud I'm going to launch a complaint at, the manager did not even bother to ask what seems to be the issue. Pizza Perfect should change their Strategic Intent to: We don't want any customers, zero services offered.
