10 friends and I had planned to order some pizzas and watch the ruby together on Saturday night. I called and placed the delivery and in about an 45minutes, I got a call saying "I haven't left Debonairs yet but can you please give me directions to your house." So I did. It was now an hour and the delivery man called to say he is lost.
Long story short, we got about 5 calls from this guy. He didn't know where to go and he could hardly understand me and he put the phone down on me a few times. Finally my friend drove down to find him and i called Debonairs to get the delivery mans number and they said he came back to get the manager and they are on their way to you now. Finally the food arrived and the rugby was finished (90minutes)
The "red dots" on the pizza boxes were all black. My friend who went out to pay for the food didn't know the rules of the red and black dots at Debonairs (red - hot and black - cold and you get it for free) so they drove off with the money and even with the manager in the car, he didn't offer to give it to us for free.
If your are going to do delivers then you need to get the drivers a GPS! We are very disappointed in all of this!
