After dinner on Monday night my partner and i went to Milky Lane to go get coffee instead of our normal ice cream. The guy that helped us was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with BUT on taking a sip of my coffee i had a bit of a rude awakening when i had scalding hot coffee pour down my chest. I checked that the lid was secure (which it was) and tried to tip the take away cup again only to have all the coffee pour out the side, under the lid. My partner has the same problem and we are both sporting lovely burns - mine are two red welts on my chest, hers is on her leg. What if it had been a child with hot chocolate?? You would be facing a lengthy court case being sued. You really need to re-look at your products - i am disgusted that a company that's main clientele is children has inferior products. I'll definitely be buying ice cream and coffee from your biggest competition in Greenstone - Steers. At least i know i wont get ugly burns.
