I always go to Macdonald's woodmead and unfortunately, yesterday (21July) I had the worst experience with the cashier whose name is Caroline/Christine. i have never seen such rudeness and back chatting from a cashier in a long time. on top of that she said she cant handle this job anymore (of which i said speak to your manager then if you dont like ur job), and when i asked her to call the manager she blatantly refused and just called the customer behind me for service, another lady had to go and call the manager (Gwen) for me. I spoke to Gwen and she said she would speak to her and get back to me but she hasnt.
