Last night my family and I went to Milky Lane at Cresta for coffee and ice cream.
As the serving bar is open for everyone to see, I noticed our waitress put honey over my moms caffe latte, I asked the waitress if it was honey and she said yes it was. I notified her that my mom is allergic to honey, she was more than happy to make my mom another coffee minus the honey until Paster over heard my concerns and came over.
Paster rudely told me that it is company procedure to drizzle honey over the caffe latte and that it says so in the menu, I checked the menu and no mention of this ridiculous rule. The manager rudely told me that they would not be making my mom another coffee because they put honey coffee at ALL restaurants and we should know that. I asked Paster if he was implying we had never been to a restaurant what a ridiculous statement to make to an unhappy customer.
I walked away out of shock at this "managers" way of dealing with my concern.
As my family and I were leaving, Paster then comes to our table and creates a scene, bring his manual out from his office to show that call caffe lattes should be drizzled with honey.
What kind of manager does this?! Appalled!
