I walked into Wimpy a few minutes ago for Breakfast before going to the office. A waitress greeted me at the door and accompanied me to a table for 1. She placed the menu on the table and then left... i sat there for over 10 minutes with no assistance whatsoever! another waitress walked up to me and asked if i had been assisted and i told her 'no i'm still waiting', she then said 'ok' and walked away. After almost 15 minutes of waiting for assistance i then walked to the cashier desk and asked to speak to the manager. i was asked to take a seat and wait for the manager and there i sat for almost 10 minutes waiting for the manager. the manager did not come and none of the staff members had the decency to let me know when the manager would come and speak to me. I eventually got fed up walked out! I have never felt so 'unwelcomed' and out of place like i felt at WImpy today. The service offered by staff as well as the manager is utterly disgusting!
