On 17:07:2013, I purchased some takeaways (1 x half chicken meal, 1 x quarter chicken only and 1 x chicken giblets and a portuguese roll) at Nandos. When we eventually sat down to supper almost 2 hours later, we were gobsmacked and astounded at the size of the portions. The quarters of chicken were literally the size of a normal sized drumstick and the amount of chicken giblets was just about 3 dessert spoons full or only filled to a third of the cardboard box (for almost R25, I would not consider that a fair price). To exacerbate the unfortunate experience, the portuguese roll seemed like a normal bread roll with some flour dusted on. Unfortunately I purchased a takeaway and only saw the size of the portions almost 2 hours later or else I would have complained immediately. This meal was certainly not near in proportion to the cost thereof and that is most disappointing and infuriating. A bad and disappointing experience all round.
