Today is the first time that I went to Debonairs's Norwood outlet. Little did I know that customer service is both unprofessional and unethical. There was no interest in communicating the menu or giving service. The worst part was paying: first I gave them my Barclays card, they inserted and swiped wrongly and told me that it doesn't work; then I gave them my Visa and after I have punched my pin they decided to tell me that it doesn't work either and asked me for my name and took another card from me, at which point they proceeded to debit my third card manually and taking down my CVV number on the back of my card. I immediately stopped what they were doing and cancelled all my cards with my bank. All the while the two cashiers were joking and bantering with each other. The other two cashiers just looked on.
This is unacceptable. For all I know they may be scamming people's credit card details. Customers beware!
