Last night we had a birthday celebration with friends. It was the first time I dined at Bosco's. Weary of the standards I ordered my usual steak when dining and asked for it be done blue not medium -rare, but blue.
Upon receiving my food the steak looked good. My mind was blown away when I cut into my steak and it was perfectly done, fat on the side was crispy, and yet my steak was blue. BEST CHEF ever that cooked my steak. After enjoying my meal, I went to the kitchen to compliment the chef. It hardly ever happens that the chef understands the concept blue, I always end up with medium -rare meat.
Thank you Bosco's I will definitely dine there again.
