First I would like to take this opportunity to complement your Brand and most of the stores that I have visited over the years. This I believe makes me a expert when it comes to know you and your product. I have been a very happy camper and do understand that from time to time some things would be amiss
I have had on the occasion picked up a piece of chicken short or they have forgotten the tamato sauce etc. but what I have experienced today at Langeman was beyond believe!
I used the bathroom & noted that it was filthy. (i have photos). I then mentioned it to Lungile whom gave me a 'Disenterested snort and grunt" nevermind that she must have had a bad day I thought; besides its the customers I presume that are the pigs & not her, hey?
Well to get to the point when we got home & opened our meals my rounder was cold & the bun must have been a week old. Completely uneadable! To top it all off with a riplies believe it or not... the corm in my daughter's salad was still frozen...
No way KFC! you should be voted 'The worst restaurant of the year or lets make that decade! I am not expecting anything in return & ask only for you to correct them
