Last night I went to the drive through at Armitage Road in Pietermaritzburg.
There were no cars in front of me and as soon as I paid and went to the next window, my Colonal Burger was ready. I was shocked at how fast it was but I figured its all pre-made anyway.
When I finally got home and opened my burger, I took one bite and it tasted very soggy, I looked down and there was blood!!! It was completely raw... not even the outside was crispy.
I am utterly disappointed in the danger you have put me in as I am currently pregnant. It was a waste of my R38 as I had one bite and could not eat the rest. I would have gone back to complain but I live 15 minutes away and I did not want to waste my time and energy.
After complaints to friends, I have found out that I am not the only one who has experienced raw or just plain disappointing meals in general.
I usually am satisfied with KFC and their delicious food so I was shocked and very disappointed at this poor service delivery.
