Family supper for my mother-in-law's birthday on the 06/07/2013. We called the resturant at 16:00 to book a table for 19:00 we were told that they are not taking any bookings as they are anticipating a busy night and that they will list our names and if we come at 7PM they will try to seat us by 8PM for the latest we only got seated at 9PM. Everything went downhill from there, when we got to the table it wasn't cleaned properly (disgusted face) we called the waitress and she came to clean it up for us and the host just came pass and apologised, when we placed our orders we clearly stated how we wanted the steak to be done however many of us at the table received our burgers, steaks and chicken still raw. All our drinks were not brought at the same time, and when we complained all the host kept saying was that he apologised but we still felt that the service was not up to standard. To top the evening off when the waitress brought the food to the table they knocked my brother-in-law against the side of his head with one of the plates when attempting to put the plate on the table and they offered him a free ice-cream as an apology. First time my inlaws ate there and very disappointed
