Last week, Thursday I purchased a family meal plus a big box of giblets hot and to my disappointment I arrived at home and my giblets were not there yet I paid for them., and I didn't have to time to drive back and tell them enquire about them. And the meat was not properly cook some portions. Very disappointing to experience such poor service from a reputable brand. After the experience with Nando's I won't be buying there anytime soon
