I ordered two pizzas on Sunday and was told my order would take about 10 minutes. This was at 15:24. some minutes later after my father had gotten his order from another restaurant, I went to enquire about the pizzas and was told they would be out in 5 minutes which did not happen. I then called someone who seemed to be the manager who called the store and I inquired again in the store and was told that they were busy cutting the pizza and I would receive it in less than a minutes. This did not happen and when i asked why they were taking long I was told that they didn't have enough staff and just realised it when i inquired. I then over heard the cashier asking the "cook" why it was taking long and the "cook's" answer was that they don't have some ingredients so she simply doesn't make the pizza if the ingredients are missing. Meanwhile they do not convey this to the us, even after the conversation they had. I eventually got my Pizza at around 16:00 only to find that there was no beef in my something meaty pizza and the mushrooms were burnt in my mother's chicken and mushroom pizza. I did not even receive an apology, just excuses. The next morning i woke up vomiting
