My husband and I patronise the Spur Restaurant at Liberty Mall quite frequently. Thus far we were satisfied with the service we received. However on this particular occasion on 27 June 2013, we were thoroughly disillusioned and disappointed with this shoddy service we received. We went for supper on the above mentioned date and Spur was not busy at all. We were shown to a table and that was it! No waiter arrived to take our order. We waited and waited for a good fifteen minutes until I caught the attention of a waiter who then came to our table. I told him that we had been waiting quite long for some service but nobody had come to our table thus far, although many waiters and waitresses were walking up and down.
