I arrived & stood in line to order. The staff behind the counter walked passed me for a long time before helping me they took my order 4 kings steers burgers 1 prince steers burger & 1 large chips. After waiting more than an hour I got my order. Before giving me my order they took my slip to check which is mine & didn't give it back. When I check my order it was wrong because I did not have my slip I could not take it back & even if I could I probably would have waited even longer for the replacement & for that I would not have the patience. People that were before us had wrong orders as well. My burgers had no cheese & patties were cold, the prince burger was a cheese burger & the chips were over cooked. The order's quality was unacceptable. One lady ordered only chips but got a whole meal. The best of all was that some arrived after me to make their orders left before me. They were under staffed unkind & almost disrespectful & that is unacceptable. This wasn't the first time that it happened in a matter of less than 2 months, before I've had 3 failed orders. For prices that we pay & the state that we receive food in I just have to ask, what should we do in such a situation?
