ANAT
And gender discrimination

I have never seen such a horrible store owner who treated me like nothing in front of customers. Today (01 Jul 2013 at around 13:30 I went to get myself a plenty for twenty at Anat in Sandton city. The store owner by the name of Jimmy (an old white man) was behind the till taking orders. I placed my order and as I was about to pay he told me he wont swipe for R20, instead of explaining and advising me to get a side he said "NEXT". I waited thinking he'll come back to me but he kept taking orders. I asked him why he didnt help me then he started shouting and swearing, he was constantly using the word. I told him there is no need to be rude but he kept on swearing. If he treats a customer so rude I wonder how does he treat his own staff. He is, arrogant and doesnt have customer nor management skills. The old man was so disrespectful to me and I am not sure if its my race or skin colour coz the black guy who placed an order after me bought "plenty for twenty" with a coke, using his card and he didnt encounter any problems. He actually helped him with respect. JIMMY is a rude ANAT STORE OWNER he doesnt deserve to be in the public giving customer service to anyone.
