We were putting putting petrol at Engen 1 Stop, we thought of getting some ice cream cones for the road, on our way to Alberton, coming from Fochville. We ordered 2 Ice cream cones at the cashier, she took our money and said to the staff on the other side, "2 cones".
We waited for the ice creams to be prepared, but no one was moving towards the machine. The staff was standing and talking to each other. We waited still, and still no one made an efford to go to the machine to make the ice creams, the cashier said again "2 ice cream cones" ok, we waited! Orders were taken and delivered, we still waited! I asked the cashier if someone is busy with my ice creams, and she said yes, but... she didnt ring my order on the till, and no-one was doing anything to make an efford to make my ice creams!!! As i looked again to the side to where the ice cream machine is, no one was near the machine, or taking cones out to at least try and make my cones!!! This is such bad service for Wimpy, to have people working there, but cant even make 2 simple ice cream cones!!! It is people like that who is taking businesses to the ground!!! really!!!
