This breaks my heart as my family love the Debonairs pizza, but today i had the worst service ever. As i normally do i called in to make an order for collection to get there an am told my order is on it's way to my house. how is that possible as the lady Ngoako said we should come and take our order in 20 minutes. We were shocked to discover such and instead for her owning up and apologising for the mistake she made she was busy laughing with her fellow colleague as if we were not there. he Manager then asked for the baker to make us another pizza which we had to wait for, and we had to sit there for another 15 minutes in the cold, as we reached home we found only a few pieces of chicken, lack of cream cheese. i am very disappointed by the way the lady acted an the manager didn't do anything about her attitude as i complained and as for the food they deserved to be feed to vegetarians as they was no chicken. This is no value for our money! i would like the lady to apologise to me an really mean it!!
