My friend and I visited the Grey Owl Spur on 2013/06/18. The managers were very helpful, but our orders were not filled correctly. My friend sent her son's food back because the wrong food was prepared. We both ordered Nacho's. The nacho's were badly burned, the ingredients were insufficient. It looked unappetizing. then we decided to order wraps. They used so much lettuce that it was basically the only ingredient in the wraps. They also didn't use all the ingredients specified on the menu. The managers, one is named Larry, tried to fix it, but it didn't help us. The orders were still wrong.
It was a very disappointing experience since the previous time we visited the spur the fossd was great.
