On the 1 January i put in an order for 2 pizzas - about 6 pm; still had not received by 8 pm. I called numerous times to find out where the pizzas were and was told they on their way. Then i was told the delivery man had an accident and it will be there shortly.- then called again the shop didn't answer. Eventually i got hold of Pinetown branch and they gave me the steers managers name - who gave me Alan's number - the Manager of Debonairs Sarnia. When i called Alan, he just put the phone down. My number was left at Debonsirs AND I am on the customer base at Sarnia.
I think it is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that you promise delivery in 40 minutes and then 2 hours they arrive. BUT that no one even had the decency to call me! They have your number but no one cares these days.
I will certainly not be using them again until such time as I have had a formal apology from the person on duty as well as Alan. I am disappointed - in fact that is an understatement!!!
