Disappointed in takeaway service

We have been patrons at this branch for a few years now and while at times the service is not the best you can be sure that the quality of the meal is always going to compensate for the inadequacies from staff.

On this occasion when ordering takeout and reaching home we discovered that we were shortchanged on a prego roll and the starter livers that we had ordered was dry. There was no gravy / sauce in the box with the livers. Perhaps that is why we were given one less roll - because we didn't need it for the livers!

I am not a fan of opening up my takeaway items at the counter and would like to believe that care was taken when preparing an order for a customer however it appears that I cannot rely on this branch to do so and will have to double check my meal before I leave with a takeaway!
