After having a bad experience at a different Chicken fast food restaurant, i decided to go to Nandos.
Pretty assisted me and was extremely friendly. She had a smile on her face, repeated my order, even suggested a dessert. I didnt see the sign that mentioned that the card POS was temporary out of order. I asked her if i would have to reorder my lunch once i came back from the ATM, she said i dont need to worry, she will take care of it. I quickly went to the shop next door to buy some items and draw cash. When i walked in a few minutes later, everything was ready and waiting. I paid her and was all was ready. I must say that the Coleslaw at Nandos is the BEST!! Great service and great food, what more can one ask for?? Thanks to Nandos and Pretty for putting me back into a good mood after the TERRIBLE service i got at their competitors.
