On Thursday da 30/5/13 we decided 2 have supper @ Chicken Licken Chatsworth. We bought a family 8piece meal & 12 hot wings. We sat in da store 2 have our meal which was a terrible idea as da store doesn't provide plates or anything in which 2 have your meal on. How r 4 of us expected 2 eat out of a box? Are we suppose 2 hold da chicken, rolls & chips all in our hands. When we started eating we found pieces of chicken with feathers sticking out of it & we had dry stale rolls. We immediately stopped eating & called da manager who told us there's nothing he can do. I asked him 4 da owners number & when I called da owner Micheal he was rude, abrupt & just ended da call by asking me 2 get da manager 2 call him. My husband in da mean time inspected all da food we bought & found hair sticking out on all da chicken. we took photo's of it & we showed da manager all da food. He told us we must call customer care as there's nothing he can do, how incompetent? The manager then told us da owner is on da store phone line & wants 2 speak 2 us. When my husband spoke 2 da owner, he told us dat da only thing he can do is replace us with1 hot wing. Is this da service & hygiene level @ Chicken Licken?
