Called Scooters tooks 5 attempts to get through phone rings not answer last night Sat 1st June 2013. Try to give order but lady kept saying chicken peronaise sub instead of what i asked piezone eventually got right. next was scootoos then a medium pizza. called at 6.50pm. at 7.50pm an hr late call ask where food told sorry very busy delivery people out should be there now. another 10 min guy arrives takes 5 min to get out car then asks for R95 when order was suppose to be R83. worse is items missing. Now over an hour when they have policy of 39min delivery or order free and on top dont have all and want to charge even more. told drive to go to and take stuff away. call shop again tell above story says sorry will send new i say forget dont want now too late to eat. health reason i eat early. ask for manager to call still waiting. Why cant the staff listen when spoken to and why not check before leaving. if busy tell the caller this in case they then will come collect. I live 5 min away and could have got my food quicker. Lady on line didnt seem to care if i waited over an hour and that my order was missing kept speaking to someone in background Service stinks
