After booking a table for 3 pm on 1.06.2013 at Hudson's claremont to spend the afternoon and evening for drinks rugby and celebrations. Before ordering dinner, we were informed that our table is rebooked for 7pm and that the restaurant is fully booked for the evening therefore we must be out by 7 pm after the rugby game. Apparently it was my responsibilty to inform the Receptionist when i made the booking that we would be staying for the evening. One would think that customer service is a priority but Hudson's rule is clearly the opposite. Celebrating my engagement which hapoened last night 31.05.2013 at Hudson's with a few close mates was clearly an error.
