I has wrote a report about bad service on the 30 december 2012.
I receive a call from your call centre while I were driving and requisted to phone me on the 7th Jan 2013, as indicated in KFC responce.
Today are the 18th and I still await the call.
It seems that not only the branches services are bad but KFC's call centre also.
