We order from Mr Deliver Nandos - Alberton Crossing - Invoice No ALB00218367 on 25 May 2013 at 19:20. The order was delivered, but the item 2 chicken giblets and1 hot chicken livers was not delivered, instead we received 2 mild chicken livers and no giblets. We called Mr Delivery and they confirm that the order was not correctly prepared by Nandos (Alberton Crossing). Then they delivered 1 giblets and they wanted to take the 2 mild chicken livers back. I refused to give the 2 chicken livers back. and as we speak the order is still not complete and the only company apologising for this was Mr Delivery (Karen employee). We had gests for the evening and that was very embarrassing.
