Hi,

We ordered Pizza on Sunday afternoon, a something meaty and a four seasons large, and Beg4mores.

When the pizza arrived 50min later we found that they delivered 2 something meaty s and not what we ordered and the pizza and the Beg4mores were burned,

I phoned the manager of the store and he told me that he will send the four seasons and wont be able to pay my money back, but he wants the one something meaty back LOL...

I then told him that I want the pizza in 20min or I want my money back.

I waited another 50min for the pizza and the driver wanted the other pizza back as they probably want to sell it to someone else...

I did not gave him the pizza... I requested the manager to bring me the pizza and he did not come himself...

I'm really shocked that they would want a pizza back that they delivered in error and i had to wait another 50 min for the correct pizza to be delivered and that the original pizza was burnt, I also told lucky that I want the franchise owner to phone me, but this has not yet happen.
