How many times do we need to complain???

This isn't my first complaint about KFC Randfontein not giving you all the food that you pay for. Almost every 2nd time buying from KFC when you get home you notice that you didn't receive all your food. This time i got really off and phoned and spoke to a manager and asked them to deliver the food. He said that he couldn't because he didn't know randfontein and that he would get lost. He then said to me that i could fetch the food the next day. That's a plan, i bought food for my family and someones food they forgot to put in so that person must go to bed hungry and could get their food the next day.?? I then had to open my garage, get my kids out of the warm house and had to go and get the food THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN MY BAG. I then went and got the food and they tried to give me the whole order again to say "sorry". How the must we eat all that food in one day? if he really wanted to give me the whole order to say "sorry: " why could he give it to me on another day? What they don't understand its easy to say "sorry" and if this was the first time this happened i wouldn't have had n problem. But how many times must this happen? last time i got a R30 voucher.
