Hello Peter thanks for your excellent service! I want to lodge a complaint against the poor service at Dorego's which trade as Jakarie vulstasie/ T/A Shell Pongola at Pongola City Complex shop no1. I bought there today 27 May 2013 the chicken strips with chips for R25. Their chips were fried in old oil and its so bitter that it burn my throat! I only had half of a chip before I immediately return to them asking them for a refund and they were rude then they took out the chips only from the container and said I have to take the chicken strips they refuse to refund my money! I left and had one bite of one of the 5 chicken strips which was as dry as a camel running through the dessert for 40 years and I throw that in the dustbin. I will never buy from Dorego's Pongola again!
